About this speaker
Paul joined Centrepoint in 2016 where he set up and launched the Centrepoint Helpline, and has run it since then. This has included launching a webchat service as well as expanding the helpline to a 2nd office in Manchester. Paul is an experienced helpline manager, having previously run the national helpline for Victim Support, and launching the Victims Information Service helpline. He has also worked at The Mix helpline as well as volunteering at Childline and SaneLine.
